Job summary

EōS Fitness is looking for an Assistant General Manager in Layton, Utah. This role involves leading the Sales team and ensuring a fun atmosphere while driving membership sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive customer service and sales experience as well as strong communication skills.

Duties include overseeing sales initiatives, managing billing processes, maintaining clean facilities, and providing high-quality service to members. Additional compensation through commission and bonuses is also available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train the Sales team to meet sales targets.
• Focus on selling club memberships and fitness services.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure timely follow-up with leads.
• Communicate goals and expectations to staff members.
• Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
• Provide high-quality customer service to members.
• Engage with members friendly and listen to their needs.
• Provide clear instructions during emergencies.
