The customer service of a WORKOUT ANYTIME fitness/sales consultant must be outstanding! Our club offers 1on1 training, group training, tanning, hydromassage, and free HIT training tips to our members. We produce consistently amazing results in a healthy and effective way! Our entire TEAM works together to support each member and ensure they achieve life-changing results!

Candidate Requirements:

• Ability to generate new club memberships through contacting leads, generating referral leads from current members, and engaging club tours for walk-ins.
• Ability to identify potential members’ needs and use solution-selling techniques to build value and close sales.
• Ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment while maintaining team cohesion.
• Meet challenging monthly quotas and demonstrate production excellence within 30 days of starting.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, including maintaining club cleanliness.
• Train others to excel in membership sales and referrals.
• Manage and coach staff effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Generate at least 50% of club tours through member referrals, marketing, and community outreach.
• Convert at least 70% of telephone inquiries to appointments.
• Enroll at least 80% of touring prospects.
• Schedule at least 60% of new members for a Complimentary Success Session.
• Enter prospect/guest information into management software and complete tracking forms.
• Maintain the club in an immaculate condition.
• Oversee retention strategies and systems.
• Ensure the fitness department achieves required assessments and sessions.
• Ensure staff remove Workout Anytime uniforms when not working and not in the club.
• Coach and mentor personal trainers, providing ongoing education and support.
