Job summary

GYMGUYZ North Columbus is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead a team of coaches and ensure a superior member experience at the Spring Valley club. You will supervise private training, supplement revenue, and staff scheduling while maintaining high service standards.

The role emphasizes recruiting, training, enforcing policies, and driving revenue through effective leadership and operational excellence. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 certification from UFC Gym or equivalent.
• Current CPR/AED certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED; a four-year degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience; management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with program design and client assessment, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and development: recruit, hire, train and grow coaches and potential leaders.
• Club administration: manage coaching productivity, revenue and service goals, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Sales and PT delivery: lead private training and supplement revenue, schedule client sessions, and ensure accurate admin of programs.
