Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification is required.
• Current CPR/AED Certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Ability to motivate and inspire members of all fitness levels.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging one-on-one personal training sessions.
• Design individualized fitness programs based on each member's goals, level, and abilities.
• Educate members on proper exercise technique and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs to maximize results.
• Conduct body composition assessments and performance evaluations.
• Maintain accurate client records, workout programming, and progress notes.
• Build strong relationships to encourage long-term member engagement and retention.
• Provide exceptional service with a motivating, professional coaching environment.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate training programs.
• Assist with PT sales and recurring membership growth.
• Follow up with potential clients and members interested in personal training.
• Support initiatives to increase engagement and participation.
