Job summary

Club Studio is seeking a Club Manager to lead and inspire a talented fitness team across its boutique studios. You will hire, train, and manage staff while ensuring exceptional member experiences and top-tier cleanliness and operations.

You will drive revenue through retention programs, coordinate with studio leadership, and model professional, outcomes-driven management. A strong customer-service background and passion for fitness are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or leadership in the fitness industry
• Willing to work a 40 hr week schedule

Responsibilities

• Find, hire, train and manage a top-talented fitness-minded team with strong customer service focus
• Hire, train and manage a janitorial team to keep cleanliness standards high
• Set daily goals for your team to surpass company expectations
• Assist in running a clean and profitable club with collaboration across managers
• Proficient in customer service, fitness, multiple modalities, and studio classes
• Ensure your team can communicate studio concepts
• Plan in-studio events with the studio director and participate in community outreach
• Lead daily 15-minute morning huddle with GM, Studio Director and PTD to align on priorities
• Generate revenue through internal retention programs
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
• Take responsibility for all club needs and support colleagues
• Understand management as achieving goals through cooperation
• Be eager to continuously learn management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find, hire, train and manage a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer service.
• Find, hire, train, and manage a janitorial team to keep the standards of cleanliness high
• Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
• Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working with all managers and team members to accomplish this
• Must be proficient in customer service fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes
• Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
• Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio events
• Daily 15-minute morning meeting with GM, Studio Director and PTD to discuss any outstanding items from the previous and plan a strategy for the current day
• Generate revenue through internal retention programs
• Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
• Take responsibility for all the club's needs. Step in and help out
• Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
• Eager to continue to learn about management skills development.
• Be timely well dressed and ready to work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 2 years management or leadership in the fitness industry
• Work a 40 hr week schedule

BENEFITS:

• Base pay equivalent to $65,000 annually (hourly, non - exempt) with additional performance bonuses ranging from $8,000-$15,000 annually
