You will oversee hiring, training, and supervising staff, drive membership and revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Our ideal candidate will embody our core values and contribute positively to our energetic environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales management experience.
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees.
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills.
• Strong detail orientation and time management skills.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Hiring and training staff members including Assistant General Managers.
• Set and achieve membership and revenue goals.
• Provide feedback to staff on performance.
• Ensure high-quality customer service by addressing member concerns.
• Supervise maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
