Talent Acquisition Manager with East West Hospitality

Turn every guest interaction into a VIP experience at the Athletic Club Westin! We are looking for a Fitness Club Experience Manager, who will lead and inspire our front desk team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Your mission? Foster a welcoming environment, train and empower staff, and oversee membership processes that drive engagement and retention. With your leadership and communication skills, you'll create loyal brand advocates and enrich the wellness journey for every guest. Duties Include:

  1. Oversee the front desk team, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, and coaching.
  2. Conduct performance evaluations and publish schedules by the 15th of each month.
  3. Process bi-weekly payroll and commissions, organize quarterly team events, and maintain professional documents such as SOPs and training binders.
  4. Ensure timely billing for RA classes and services and cross-train staff for greater flexibility.
  5. Handle the onboarding process, including property tours, uploading contracts, and managing member communications.
  6. Build relationships through one-on-one interactions and events, while contributing to newsletters and programming.
  7. Manage monthly billing, unpaid accounts, late fees, and collections, and report membership metrics to support marketing and pricing decisions.
  8. Audit expiring credit cards and contracts to ensure accurate billing.

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $60k - $63k /year DOE

The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, take initiative, and be capable of performing tasks independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general website and internet knowledge is essential. Strong professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with excellent organizational abilities, are key. The candidate should be able to delegate tasks effectively and have a passion for the fitness, wellness, and health industries. A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required; relevant experience in the wellness field may be considered. CPR/AED certification is preferred, though not required, and experience in guest service is essential.
