This role requires strong management and customer service skills, with responsibilities including achieving sales targets, onboarding new members, and ensuring high-quality service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of management experience and a valid personal training certification. Formación

• 2 years of management experience; fitness/personal training management is a plus!
• 3-4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong relationship building and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales targets month-over-month.
• Collaborate with sales team to support onboarding.
• Manage payroll for Assistant Fitness Managers and trainers.
