Job summary

The Risher Companies seek a service-oriented Fitness Staff member to ensure a welcoming, safe, and well-maintained Fitness Center environment. You will guide guests on equipment use, handle opening/closing duties, and deliver excellent customer service to residents and members.

Roles require strong interpersonal skills, CPR/AED certification, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic shift schedule that spans weekdays and weekends. Physical stamina to lift 45 lbs is essential.

• Ability to communicate rules and regulations to members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests as they enter and leave the Fitness Center.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workout equipment and lobby areas.
• Assist guests with learning how to use weight machines and equipment.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per shift.
• Answer incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner.
