Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Fitness Center Attendant to support daily operations at the facility. You will assist patrons, answer questions, help with equipment, and maintain a clean, safe environment following established policies.

Responsibilities include reservations, towel distribution, equipment checkout, and monitoring areas to ensure compliance with rules. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability with on-site shifts including holidays and weekends.

Competenze

• High School Graduate.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (required within 60 days of hire).
• Strong customer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
• Must foster teamwork.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Valid state driver's license.

• May prepare individual exercise records including measuring and patrons exercise objectives. Demonstrates proper use of equipment.

• Customer service/public relations are a strong requirement of the position in addition to the ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.

• Enforces rules, regulations and safety procedures.

Under the direction of the Fitness Center Management, the Fitness Center Attendant executes and ensures daily operations are performed as per established policies and practices. Ensures the facility remains clean and safe, and they promote a friendly atmosphere, by assisting patrons with their questions and equipment needs.
