Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Fitness Brand Ambassador for our new St. Cloud club. You will build relationships in the community, generate leads, and support pre-sale events as the club prepares to open.

We value energetic, organized, and professional individuals who communicate well, work with a team, and can engage with potential members both in person and online. Bilingual skills are a plus and outdoor work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
• Execute pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
• Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and grand openings.
• Act with integrity—only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.
