Crunch Fitness is hiring a Brand Ambassador for the NEW Benbrook Club. You will generate leads, engage the community, and promote memberships before opening, then support front desk operations after opening to convert leads to members.

The role emphasizes energetic, outgoing communication, bilingual capabilities, and the drive to meet sales goals within a fast-paced, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

• Able to walk several miles per day during presale promotions.

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador is the heartbeat of our presale team—focused on lead generation, community outreach, and driving membership sales before and after the club opens. This role is all about creating excitement in the community, building awareness of the Crunch brand, and turning local interest into new memberships.

You’ll represent Crunch at local businesses, events, and high-traffic areas, engaging with potential members, promoting special offers, and collecting leads. Once the club opens, you’ll transition to supporting front desk operations; converting leads into memberships, delivering an exceptional member experience, and helping ensure the club’s continued success.
