Job summary

The Town of Windsor (CO) is seeking a Fitness Attendant - U18 to assist in the fitness areas, provide equipment orientations and ensure safety and cleanliness. You will work under supervision to deliver friendly customer service and support to patrons.

Qualified applicants must be at least 14 and have CPR/First Aid or obtain it within three months; the role emphasizes teamwork, safety awareness and reliable communication with diverse populations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that shows ability to perform essential functions.
• CPR/First Aid certifications required or obtainable within three months.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness, safety and injury prevention policies are followed by participants.
• Welcome participants, provide equipment orientations and assist as needed.
• Communicate with participants to assess well-being and provide quality customer service.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain equipment in fitness areas.
• Replenish supplies and assist with setup/teardown of events as required.
