Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary: The Fitness Attendant conducts equipment orientations, interacts with members, monitors fitness areas, ensures equipment cleanliness and functionality, and enforces facility rules. Provides excellent customer service, greets members, scans IDs, registers participants, assists with memberships, answers calls, and tours the facility. Also participates in youth programs for children aged 7-13.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; must be 18+.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree.
• Preferred License: Certified Personal Trainer or working towards it.
• Preferred Experience: Knowledge of fitness operations and equipment.
