Job summary

Arch Amenities Group is seeking a Fitness Attendant to oversee the fitness center, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining equipment, greeting guests, guiding on equipment usage, promptly addressing complaints, keeping attendance records, and coordinating with supervisors to review duties and performance. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required.

• Attend all required meetings and trainings.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to scheduled work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meet regularly with supervisor to review duties and performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
