Job summary

Sage YMCA in Crystal Lake is hiring a part-time Fitness Attendant to join our team. Develop and maintain professional relationships with members, promote fitness programs, and assist with equipment use in a safe, welcoming environment.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or obtain them within 30 days. Commitment to child safety is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and push >50 lbs.
• Current American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid certifications or must obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Commitment to child abuse prevention and following safety policies.
• Ability to relate professionally to members and guests.
