Job summary

The Exercise Coach is seeking energetic fitness coaches to lead One-on-One and Small Group sessions in Saint Paul, MN. You’ll run initial visits, track progress, and translate results into actionable coaching plans.

Qualifications

• Degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, PT, athletic training, nursing or coaching is a plus.
• Strong communication and follow-through are essential.
• Reliable team member who clients can depend on.

• Track client strength, mobility and balance results, and explain what numbers mean
• Deliver coach-assisted stretching and balance training
• Coach clients on nutrition and metabolic health
• Own studio metrics: retention, session volume, and client satisfaction

What You'll Do

• Lead One-on-One and Small Group sessions on Exerbotics equipment
• Run initial consultations and turn first visits into members
• Track client strength, mobility and balance results, and coach clients on what the numbers mean
• Deliver coach assisted stretching (hands-on) and balance training
• Coach clients on nutrition and metabolic health
• Own your studio metrics: retention, session volume, client satisfaction

Degree or certification in exercise science, kinesiology, PT, athletic training, nursing or coaching is a plus. So is experience in teaching, hospitality, or any job where people came back because of you. We train the rest.
