Planet Fitness in Hershey–Hummelstown, PA is seeking a part-time Fitness Ambassador to welcome members and support their fitness journeys. No experience required beyond great energy and a people-first mindset; training will be provided. Starting at $12 per hour with future raises based on certification and tenure.

You’ll be the heartbeat of the club, helping with check-ins, guiding new members, promoting events, and maintaining a clean, safe, and motivational environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Must complete fitness training certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (4–8 hours).
• Passion for fitness and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with enthusiasm and make everyone feel welcome.
• Be a visible, approachable presence on the fitness floor.
• Assist with check-ins and member needs.
• Promote programs, events, and club offerings.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
• Build relationships — know names, celebrate wins, and encourage progress.
