Job summary

Saechsische Staatsbaeder is seeking a Fitness all-rounder to support members, develop personalized training plans, and conduct equipment training and fitness assessments. The role focuses on motivating members, improving training quality, and driving membership growth within a structured studio environment.

You will maintain training standards, prepare monthly reports, and ensure equipment and facilities meet high-quality expectations while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Completed training as physiotherapist or fitness economist, sports and fitness manager, fitness trainer B license or comparable qualification.
• Certified by Central Testing Agency for Prevention or equivalent credential.
