Job summary

Koniag Management Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a FITARA Program Analyst to support the OCIO and federal customers in Washington, DC. This role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust and to guide governance initiatives through data-driven analysis and process improvement.

You will map business processes, develop executive briefings, and coordinate tasking across teams, delivering dashboards and reports that help align IT programs with mission

Qualifications

• Strong task management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of FITARA and ACT‑IAC IT Management Maturity Model.
• Ability to work with federal stakeholders in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive briefings, meeting coordination, meeting minutes, and other admin functions.
• Develop deliverable templates and monthly/weekly status reports.
• Track progress, risks, and action items to meet deadlines.
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities; support IT governance.
• Collaborate with government customers and stakeholders on initiatives.
• Prepare briefings and documentation for leadership.
