Role Overview: Host

The Host provides friendly customer and membership services and completes daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks to standards and expectations, ensuring a friendly, clean, and automated brand experience at Fit4Less.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform cleanliness tasks to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
2. Engage with members on the workout floor, providing friendly customer interaction.
3. Contribute to a clean and welcoming environment.
4. Complete and review daily, weekly, and monthly tasks and training.
5. Report deficiencies and engage appropriate actions for resolution.
6. Assist members with memberships, amenities, and automated systems.
7. Promote memberships and amenities, including Black Card benefits.
8. Support a courteous and friendly workplace environment.
9. Address incidents and escalate issues as needed.
10. Support membership sales and management, including educating members on automated and virtual options.

Ideal Candidate:

• High School diploma or working towards it.
• 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A & AED certifications.
• Effortful, calm under pressure, dedicated to customer satisfaction.
• Effective time management skills.

Compensation:
