Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist in Bethesda, MD to support NICHD with federal cybersecurity compliance, RMF, and ATO activities. You will develop and maintain artifacts like SSPs, risk assessments, and POA&Ms, with hands-on vulnerability management and incident response.

Collaboration with ISSOs, system owners, and stakeholders is essential. Requirements include experience with FISMA/A&A/RMF, NIST controls, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Tier II clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting FISMA/A&A/RMF programs and NIST controls.

Responsibilities

• Support FISMA Security Authorization, A&A, RMF, and ATO activities.
• Develop and maintain SSPs, ISAs, POA&Ms, and SARs.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and monitoring using Tenable and other tools.
• Track findings, remediation, and risk reduction.
• Coordinate with ISSOs, system owners, and external stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and provide leadership reporting.
