Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, demonstrate products, and provide helpful information to guide purchasing decisions. You will maintain shelves, pricing, and signage while supporting seasonal merchandising and restocking efforts.

The role emphasizes friendly communication, strong product knowledge, and the ability to handle POS transactions, with a commitment to a high-quality customer experience at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products to customers.
• Replenish product on shelves per Merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain pricing and signing; stay knowledgeable on advertised sales.
• Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves and restocks.
• Keep work area clean, neat and stocked; follow company policies.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• All other duties as assigned.
