Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Tualatin, OR is seeking a Team Lead for the Fishing Department to provide daily direction to associates on merchandising, inventory, pricing and customer service. Under the supervision of the Department Manager, you will staff, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate for a productive team.

You will maintain pricing integrity, coordinate events, and promote programs to enhance the customer shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily direction to associates within the Fishing Department.
• Maintain pricing, signage and plan-o-grams as directed by Corporate.
• Support sales goals and customer service excellence.
• Staff department, participate in interviews, train, and schedule employees.
• Coordinate events and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
