Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Fish ID Technician to work at a premier hatchery in Marblemount, WA. You will perform routine fish identification duties under supervision, assist with transfers, and maintain cleanliness of work areas and facilities.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.74

What’s a typical day as a Fish ID Technician? You’ll be:

  • Performing routine fish identification duties under close supervision, including coded-wire tagging, fin clipping, and other marking techniques.
  • Assisting the Lead and hatchery staff with quality inspections and the transfer of fish from ponds or net pens to the trailer.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including trailers, restrooms, and breakrooms.
