Job summary

Kura Sushi USA Sunset Valley, TX is seeking part-time Fish Cutters to join our opening team. You will prepare and portion fresh fish, support high-quality sushi service, and help maintain clean, safe work areas during a fast-paced launch.

Experience with fish cutting is preferred, with training provided to meet Kura standards. This role offers tips and growth opportunities in a vibrant Japanese dining concept.

Qualifications

• Experience in teamwork and contributing to a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness is required or preferred.
• Experience accurately cutting, preparing and portioning fish to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fish cutting, preparation and portioning to Kura Sushi standards.
• Support a clean, organized workstation and safe food handling during shifts.
