Job summary

Kura Sushi USA in Wellington, FL is hiring Fish Cutters to join our team. Full-time and Part-time hours are available, with days, nights, weekends and holidays preferred. Wages start at $17.00/hour and tips are eligible; example earnings reflect earnings with tips. Compensation depends on experience and location.

You will cut, prepare and portion fish to Kura standards, uphold food safety, and help grow a tech-driven, guest-focused dining experience.
