About The Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fish Cutter to join our seafood processing team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high‑quality seafood products by filleting, cutting, and portioning fish according to company standards. You will work in a fast‑paced, temperature‑controlled environment alongside a team that is committed to quality, safety, and efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Fillet, cut, and process whole fish into fillets and portioned cuts, with a focus on groundfish and salmon
• Assess seafood quality based on shape, texture, and smell to ensure only top‑quality product is processed
• Use knives, sharpening tools, and processing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain consistent product specifications in line with company standards
• Keep the cut room clean, organized, and free of debris or hazards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures, including proper handwashing and equipment cleaning
• Adhere to FDA and company guidelines for seafood processing and production
• Comply with all safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
