Job Description
The Fiscal Technician / Senior Fiscal Technician will be an integral member of the Finance and Operations Team in the Grado Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering. This role performs financial and operational activities including purchasing, employee onboarding, labor distribution, travel authorizations and reimbursements, payroll coordination, electronic reconciliations, encumbrance management, funds handling, sponsored fund management, proposal support, NI&S activities, and the implementation of best practices in compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines. This position reports to the Business and Facilities Manager.
