In this role, you will audit invoices to be processed daily and enter all expenditures and income in the agency database; check general ledger account numbers, vendor numbers, and totals before processing invoices for payment; and record journal transfers. Responsibilities also involve verifying completion, reconciling with the County general ledger, and allocating quarterly expenses to appropriate quarterly reports. This includes accounting for expenses, program receipts, placements, IV-E eligibilities, salaries and benefits, journal transfers, contract per diems, and other income to be used in the computing of quarterly invoices. You may also assist in completing required CYS reports and have the opportunity to attend trainings and conferences and cross train with other personnel.
