An established industry player is seeking a detail-oriented Fiscal Specialist 1 to join their team in Seattle. This role involves processing payroll, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations. You will work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to maintain accurate records and provide administrative support. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in fiscal record keeping and experience with HRMS systems. Fiscal Specialist 1 (FS1)

$3,477.00 - $4,632.00 Monthly.
The indicated salary does not include a 3% general wage increase effective July 1st, 2025.
We need your fiscal experience on our Regional Operations Center (ROC) team in Downtown Seattle to assist with administering, processing, and record-keeping involved with payroll time and attendance. As a Fiscal Specialist 1, you will process fiscal calculations, reconciliations, audits, and entries of time and attendance information for all DCYF staff in Regions 3 & 4. This position requires extensive knowledge of CBAs, DCYF, and Administrative policies and Procedures, review of time and attendance program implementations, and participation in the development of DCYF Payroll Time and Attendance policy and procedures.
