Qualifications

• Current student at Gordon State College in good academic standing.
• Knowledge of mentoring and coaching techniques related to fostering student success.

Responsibilities

• Attends assigned FIRE class as directed.
• Builds rapport with assigned students.
• Mentors and coaches students regarding the navigation of GSC environment.
• Serves as a role model of positive behavior for first-year students.
