Job summary

Daemen University seeks an Admissions Counselor to recruit and enroll students through events, communications, and outreach. You will represent the university in interactions with prospective students, families, and partners while supporting enrollment goals.

The role requires travel, flexibility in scheduling, and collaboration with faculty, staff, and alumni to grow inquiries and applications across undergraduate, transfer, and graduate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings and some weekends.
• Travel with valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Discuss Daemen University programs accurately to prospective students and families.
• Travel to recruitment events and engage key stakeholders positively.
• Complete weekly activity reports detailing recruitment and student appointments.
• Work with prospective students to garner completed application files.
• Collaborate with alumni networks to develop student/professional connections.
• Participate in events before, during, and after each term.
