Job summary

Sporting Kansas City in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Player Care Coordinator to provide off-field support for the First Team and their families, enhancing a high-performance environment. You will coordinate onboarding and relocation for new players and staff, support international players, and help younger players with school and character development.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort working evenings, weekends, and travel.

Qualifications

• One (1) year or more of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in relative field preferred.
• Fluently speak, read, and write in English & Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of MLS, CONCACAF, U.S. Soccer & FIFA regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and serve as the primary point of contact for players and families for off-field support.
• Provide onboarding and relocation resources for new first team players and staff.
• Assist international players and families with adaptation and integration.
• Support growth and transition of younger players (school, development, finances).
• Attend home matches and provide gameday support for families and players.
