Job summary

Oakwood Veneer Company in Troy, MI is hiring a full-time Machine Operator / Production Assembly Associate for the first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM). Training is provided in a clean, well-maintained facility with daytime hours and no mandatory nights or weekends.

Roles include hands-on veneer work, assembly, and quality checks as part of a collaborative team. Experience with wood veneer is not required; on-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• Comfortable performing repetitive hand assembly and repair tasks.
• Ability to use small hand tools while working with detailed materials.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand and work with your hands throughout the shift.
• Willingness to learn new skills and consistently follow quality procedures.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, woodworking, or general labor is preferred but not required.
