Job summary

Super Steel, LLC is seeking a Welder to perform high-quality welds across diverse projects in a clean, safety-focused environment. You will interpret blueprints, maintain equipment, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on precision and reliability.

You will help train junior welders and apprentices while upholding safety standards and contributing to continuous improvement within a growing shop.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; welding apprenticeship preferred.
• Demonstrated welding experience with a strong portfolio.
• Welding certifications (AWS, ASME) a plus; familiarity with welding tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to produce high-quality welds.
• Read blueprints and specs to determine project requirements.
• Inspect welds for quality and compliance with standards.
• Maintain welding tools and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
• Follow safety procedures and keep the work area clean.
• Assist in training junior welders and apprentices as needed.
