Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• 1 year team lead experience preferred.
• 1 year Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• 1 year warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience advanced required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive continuous improvement for warehouse efficiency.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.
• Allocate resources and distribute daily work to achieve optimal shift logistics.
• Inspire team towards KPI improvement using effective leadership styles.
• Ensure health and safety practices within the warehouse.
• Prepare daily reports and action plans to enhance operations.
