Job summary

Fidelitone in Honolulu seeks a Warehouse Team Lead to supervise order fulfillment operations on a Monday–Friday, 6am–2pm schedule. You will organize daily activities across receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely customer deliveries.

You will coach and develop team members, monitor performance, and coordinate with supervisors to optimize workflow and space utilization in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or 3PL.
• Computer aptitude with MS Outlook and ADP for timecards.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills (labor tracking).
• AS400/ASW and RF scan gun experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor activities of workers in all areas to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate daily work activities in receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with supervisor to establish and implement work schedules.
• Coach and motivate associates; lead by example and provide feedback.
• Contribute to performance evaluations and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment and maintain a clean work area.
