Job summary

Gordon Food Service in Springfield, OH is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector for a full-time distribution center role. Starts at $20.90 per hour with two pay raises in the first year. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday with Fridays and Saturdays off, starting around 6:50am.

You will be on your feet for long hours, lift up to 100 pounds and work in a freezer environment. No prior warehouse experience is required; we provide training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in extreme cold or hot conditions.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stand on your feet for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 100 pounds.
• Work in a freezer environment.
• No experience required – training is provided by our dedicated team.
• Starting wage scales with production and efficiency; the better you perform, the more you earn.
