Job summary

ICP Group is hiring a Warehouse Associate at the Carroll, Lynchburg, VA plant to efficiently handle materials, load/unload trucks with forklift and pallet jack, and maintain inventory accuracy.

You will enter data into the ERP system, support other departments, and keep a clean, organized warehouse on a 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:30 pm) with a pay rate of $19.00/hour.

This role emphasizes data integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and enter data into an ERP system.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills with scale and calculator.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience; certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/move materials as required.
• Team-oriented mindset to assist other departments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and pallet jack.
• Enter receiving and inventory data into the ERP system.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain organized warehouse racks and assist other departments.
• Support FedEx/UPS deliveries and maintain workspace cleanliness.
