Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Picker/Packer to support efficient distribution in our warehouse. You will pull items by ticket, use RF guns, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires 1+ year of warehousing experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a Mon-Fri first shift with overtime as needed. Competitive benefits are offered.

• 1+ years experience coordinating shipments in warehousing or distribution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented to ensure accurate item picking.

Responsibilities

• Pick items from warehouse inventory based on pick tickets/orders.
• Use RF guns and other equipment as required.
• Pack and wrap orders for shipment.
• Transport orders to shipping locations and stage for delivery.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate material handling equipment.
