Weasler Engineering Inc. is hiring an Aftermarket associate in West Bend, WI. The role supports the Aftermarket Department under the Warehouse Supervisor, performing picking, packing, labeling, weighing and shipping preparation.

The position is on first shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) with possible overtime. Starting pay is $19.53 per hour, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficient handling of goods.

Responsabilités

• Pick parts from finished stock storage areas using picking slips and part identification codes
• Select boxes and packing materials, form up, and seal containers
• Visually inspect products for conformance to quality standards and customer specs
• Pack and secure products into boxes
• Weigh and label cartons for proper handling and shipping
• Attach and verify shipping labels for accuracy
• Move pallets of packaged products to scale and shipping areas using manual/electric hand trucks
• Follow Safety, Quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Lift 40-50 pounds
