Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Northlake, Texas is hiring a Full Time Case Picker to join our warehouse team. You will pick cases, palletize, and operate equipment in a clean, safe environment with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 6:00am–2:00pm. We offer paid training, medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO from day one, discounts, and a culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Adequate math skills.
• Able to recognize and read location codes and product codes.
• Meet and exceed established GMP.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Capable of multi-tasking and highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Picking product and case pick.
• Palletize, hand stack and stretch wrap product as required.
• Safely operate material handling equipment.
• Assist in cycle counting and inventory control as required.
• Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
