Job summary

Hendrickson is seeking a full-time Shipping/Receiving Associate in McKinney, TX. The role involves shipping, packing, labeling, and staging units, loading onto trucks, and ensuring on-time delivery per sales orders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to read and write legibly in English.
• Must be able to speak in English via a two-way radio.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Forklift Experience Required – Sit down and Reach truck.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MRP systems preferred.
• Must be able to meet production standards and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, banding, shrink-wrapping and staging units for shipment.
• Load staged units onto truck and transport units from assembly to shipping area.
• Follow shipping and packaging work instructions and sales order dates to ensure on-time delivery.
• Pick and pack UPS shipments and process all dunnage.
• Report inventory discrepancies and maintain safe, clean work areas.
