Ryder is seeking a Material Handler in Bolingbrook, IL. This role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a safe, well-organized warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include forklift operation, loading/unloading, picking, packing, and cycle counting across HVAC and related products. Training is provided; strong teamwork and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Adhere to performance guidelines and contract requirements.
• Accurately pick/pack, audit, and stage products and load/unload trucks.
• Handle day-to-day warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during core shift hours.
