Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the first‑shift, onsite operations. You will supervise a team of 10+ associates, coordinate inbound, storage, and outbound activities, and ensure safety and accuracy in every process.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with logistics, planning, safety, and operations to maintain strong operational performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse or distribution operations.
• Leadership experience managing teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and material handling processes.
• Experience monitoring productivity and supporting operational KPIs.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities during the assigned shift.
• Lead and support a team of 10+ warehouse associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Monitor productivity, workflow efficiency, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate material flow to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process adherence.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, planning, safety, operations).
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse processes.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and shift coordination.
