Job summary

Wineshipping is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Support 2 for the 1st shift to assist with critical warehouse operations, including pallet movement, inventory control, and returns processing. You will use PIT equipment, scanners, and a WMS to ensure accurate, timely handling of goods.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years forklift experience, warehouse background, and customer service skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to evolving priorities is valued.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working knowledge and expertise in Forklift operation, maintenance, order processing, receiving, replenishing, and returns.
• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• 1-year customer service experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Solid understanding and knowledge of inventory practices.
• Familiar with WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• PIT Pro in Motion: operate power industrial trucks to down-stack pallets and keep product flowing into bins and shelving.
• Warehouse Road Warrior: move inventory around the building from storage to the line.
• Tech-Friendly Mover: use scanners and computers to track product accurately.
• Dockside Hero: load freight onto outbound docks and ensure smooth sailing.
• Unload Like a Boss: unload incoming product with PIT equipment and stage inventory.
• Staging Superstar: shift pallets from the dock to staging areas and prep shipments.
• Load & Go: load trucks with outbound pallets and inventory, ensuring security and readiness.
• Inventory Navigator: move incoming product from staging into warehouse locations.
• Unload with Skill: use pallet jacks to move shipments into the building.
• Paperwork Pro: read Bills of Lading and match with purchase orders.
