Tempur Sealy is hiring a full-time Warehouse Forklift Operator for 1st shift in Pennsylvania. The role pays $22.70 per hour on an eight-hour shift, five days a week. Responsibilities include operating a sit-down forklift, receiving and staging shipments, and preparing outgoing loads with accurate documentation.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift experience, and ability to meet safety standards. Available overtime during high-demand periods; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Prior sit-down forklift operation and material handling experience required.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry familiarity preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and store materials.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods, and document shortages or damage.
• Put away materials in designated locations as assigned.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, scanning, labeling, and palletizing.
• Record deliveries on log sheets and maintain an orderly work area.
