Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Full Time Warehouse Associates in Franklin, Indiana. Earn $18.00 per hour with overtime at $27.00 per hour, plus weekly pay and a full benefits package. First shift, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM, in a clean and safe facility handling HVAC products with RF scanners and a WMS system.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand safety instructions in English.
• Must be able to perform basic math for safety and procedures.
• Experience operating RF scanners or similar data-entry devices is preferred.
• Proficiency with WMS data entry and inventory transactions is a plus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning accuracy.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security at end of shift.
• Perform picking and packing duties; check for product or container damage.
• Complete material moves with transactional accuracy per location policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
