Job summary

Sigma Foods is seeking a Warehouse Associate to load and unload, organize inventory, and support presale and routing needs at our Vernon, CA facility. This full-time, first-shift role emphasizes accuracy and safety.

You will process inbound/outbound shipments, assist inventory reconciliation, monitor temperatures, and uphold food-handling standards in a fast-paced setting. Forklift/pallet jack certification is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• One year warehouse experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Pallet jack and forklift certification preferred.
• Experience with food products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process orders, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Unload inbound trucks and store product; prepare outbound shipments.
• Monitor temperatures and enforce proper food handling.
• Report damages and assist with returns and disposal.
• Perform equipment inspections and support maintenance reporting.
